Position: Creative Designer
60% Brand Design Execution
Be responsible for the curation of creatives for marketing & communication design across all of our platforms such as social media creatives, website, ecommerce, brand kits for business development and marketing materials.
Work closely with the creative brand team to conceptualize and create best performing creative content according to MAYBI’s brand guidelines.
Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities.
Prepare comprehensive layouts of the design using techniques such as photography, illustration and computer-generated imagery; have keen eyes on details for layout arrangement; have knowledge about color treatment and materials used.
Work with other internal stakeholders in cross-function collaborative projects.
40% Ecommerce Design Execution
In charge of layout design (depending on campaign), create banners, visuals and digital marketing designs according to platforms’ requirements of Ecommerce (Vietnam + Singapore/ others).
Report directly to: Creative Marketing Manager
At least 2+ years of experience and strong track record in graphic design (video editing skill is a plus) with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in startup and ecommerce will be added advantage.
Diploma/Degree in Visual or Design communication or related studies.
Strong creative mindset to actively propose and present ideas, take direction, participate in internal brainstorms, prioritize workload, manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, and work with key personnel.
Up-to-date knowledge of visual design and social media trends.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver content to the department in a timely manner.
